ATeam Cleaning Services – Payments Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AUD)

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For one-time services, full payment is required at the start or completion of the service.

Payment must be made for recurring services within 7 days of the invoice date.

  1. Late Payments

A late payment fee of 10% per month will be applied to all overdue invoices.

If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.

  1. Non-Payment

In non-payment, we may engage a collection agency and pursue legal action. The client will be responsible for all associated costs.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.

Refunds will be issued for services canceled within the allowed period. No refunds for cancellations made after this period or completed services will be given.

  1. Changes to Services

Any changes to the scheduled services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

  1. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Clients will be notified of price changes at least 14 days in advance.

  1. Disputed Charges

Clients must notify us within 14 days of the invoice date if there are any discrepancies with the charges. We will investigate and resolve any issues promptly.

  1. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or non-payment of invoices.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

  1. Governing Law

The laws of Western Australia govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Ateam Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions for Hiring Independent Contractors

  1. Definitions
  • Company: Refers to Ateam Cleaning Services.
  • Contractor: Refers to the independent contractor providing cleaning services.
  • Client: Refers to the individual or entity hiring the Contractor through the Company.
  1. Scope of Services
  • The Contractor will provide cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement between the Client and the Company.
  • Services will be performed at the location specified by the Client.
  1. Independent Contractor Status
  • The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company or the Client.
  • The Contractor is responsible for their own insurance, taxes, and other statutory obligations.
  1. Payment Terms
  • The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for services rendered by the Contractor.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • The Company will compensate the Contractor according to the terms agreed upon between the Company and the Contractor.
  1. Scheduling and Cancellations
  • Service appointments are scheduled in advance. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule or substitute the Contractor in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Performance and Satisfaction
  • The Contractor will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
  • If the Client is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 7 days. The Company will address and rectify any issues promptly.
  1. Liability and Insurance
  • The Company carries general liability insurance. However, the Contractor is responsible for their own liability insurance.
  • The Client agrees to release the Company from any liability arising from the actions or omissions of the Contractor.
  1. Confidentiality
  • The Contractor agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose personal or sensitive information to third parties.
  1. Non-Solicitation
  • The Client agrees not to directly hire the Contractor for additional services outside of the agreement with the Company for 12 months after the termination of this agreement.
  1. Termination
  • This agreement may be terminated by either party with 14 days written notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client or Contractor breaches any terms of this agreement.
